Full-stack URL shortener with anonymous and authenticated link creation, JWT auth, expiry-based lifecycle with soft deletes, collision-checked short codes, and per-link click analytics on a paginated dashboard. The Spring Boot (Java 21) backend runs serverless on AWS Lambda with SnapStart behind CloudFront, backed by Neon Postgres with ~650ms warm restores at $0/month. PR Reviewer — Local LLM Code Review CLI
CLI that reviews a GitHub pull request entirely offline using a local LLM via Ollama. Fetches the PR's diff straight from Git, runs a two-stage review (free-form reasoning, then structured extraction) to surface findings by severity, and manages the local Ollama server lifecycle — no code ever leaves the machine.

Prit Radio — Always-On Playlist Radio
An always-on radio for a 250-track Spotify playlist that plays each song through a hidden YouTube player — three controls: play, pause, next. A dependency-free sync script resolves Spotify tracks to YouTube videos into a committed JSON file, so the running app holds no credentials and never calls either API at runtime. Nightly GitHub Actions sync, PWA-installable with an offline shell, and always-on shuffle where every song plays once before any repeats.
